Submit Your Journal for Inclusion
We welcome academic publishers, scholarly societies, institutions, journal owners, and authorized representatives to submit academic journals for consideration in our directory.
Our directory is designed to help researchers discover academic journals across a wide range of disciplines and subject areas.
Journal listings are prepared and managed by our team. We work with publishers and authorized representatives to ensure that the information presented in a listing is accurate, current, and appropriately authorized.
Who Can Submit?
We welcome inquiries from:
- Academic and scholarly publishers
- University and institutional publishers
- Scholarly societies and professional associations
- Research organizations
- Journal owners and publishing organizations
- Editors-in-Chief and other journal representatives who are authorized to act on behalf of the publisher or journal
If you are submitting a journal on behalf of an organization, you must have the appropriate authority to provide its information and authorize the journal’s inclusion in our directory.
How the Process Works
- Send an Inquiry
Use our publisher contact form to tell us about yourself, the organization you represent, and the journal or journals you would like to discuss.
- Publisher and Journal Verification
Before creating a listing, we may verify the information provided by checking relevant publisher and journal sources and, where appropriate, independently confirming the identity and authority of the person communicating with us.
Verification may include reviewing:
- The publisher’s official website
- The journal’s official website
- ISSN and other journal identifiers
- Publisher and journal information
- The submitting representative’s relationship with the publisher or journal
Additional information or confirmation may be requested where necessary.
- Provide the Listing Information
Once communication has been established, we will request the information required for the journal listing.
The publisher or authorized representative is responsible for ensuring that the information supplied is accurate, complete, current, and authorized for publication.
- Review and Preparation
Journal listings are created and maintained by our team.
We review the information supplied and may contact the publisher or representative if clarification, correction, or additional information is required.
- Publication
Once the necessary information and authorization have been reviewed, the journal may be published in the directory.
Submission does not automatically guarantee publication. Each listing remains subject to our directory requirements and review process.
Information for Journal Listings
Depending on the journal, we may request information including:
- Journal title
- ISSN and/or eISSN
- Publisher name
- Publisher website
- Journal website
- Journal description
- Subject areas and disciplines
- Publication frequency
- Language of publication
- Editorial information
- Manuscript submission information
- Access model
- Article processing charges, where applicable
- Indexing and abstracting information, where applicable
- Other relevant journal information
The specific information requested may vary depending on the journal and the nature of the listing.
Authorization and Permissions
We require the person submitting a journal to have the appropriate authority to represent the publisher or journal.
The submitting representative may be asked to confirm that:
- They are authorized to communicate on behalf of the publisher or journal.
- The information supplied is accurate to the best of their knowledge.
- They have the necessary permission to provide the submitted materials and information for publication in our directory.
We may retain such confirmations as part of our internal records.
Verification Does Not Mean Endorsement
Our verification process is intended to establish the identity, association, authorization, and basic information necessary for a journal listing.
Inclusion in our directory does not constitute an endorsement, accreditation, ranking, certification, or recommendation of a publisher or journal.
A verified or published listing should not be interpreted as confirmation that a journal:
- Meets a particular academic or publishing standard
- Is indexed in a particular database
- Is accredited by a particular organization
- Has been evaluated or recommended by our team
- Provides a particular level of peer review
- Is suitable for a particular manuscript or research project
Researchers should independently evaluate a journal and publisher before submitting manuscripts, sharing personal information, or making publication-related payments.
Keeping Your Listing Current
Academic journals and publishers change over time. Websites, editorial teams, publication policies, contact information, and other details may be updated.
If information in an existing listing changes, an authorized representative may contact us to request an update.
For certain changes, we may request additional confirmation before making an amendment. This helps protect journal listings against unauthorized requests.
If the person previously responsible for a journal leaves the publisher or is replaced, a new authorized representative may contact us. We may verify the new representative’s authority before updating the listing.
Updates to Journal Information
Publishers and authorized representatives are encouraged to notify us when significant information changes.
This may include changes to:
- Journal title
- Publisher
- Journal website
- ISSN/eISSN
- Editorial leadership
- Editorial board information
- Publication frequency
- Access model
- Publication fees
- Submission information
- Indexing information
- Contact details
We may request supporting information or confirmation before publishing significant changes.
Communication With Publishers
Publisher inquiries and communications are handled directly by our team through email, WhatsApp, or other one-to-one communication modes.
Where applicable, information about available listing options and any associated commercial terms will be communicated directly to the publisher or authorized representative.
There is no online payment portal or payment gateway on this website. Any applicable payment arrangements are handled directly with the publisher after the relevant details have been communicated and agreed upon.
Submit a Journal for Consideration
Are you a publisher or authorized representative interested in listing an academic journal?
We invite you to contact us with your details and information about the journal you represent.
After receiving your inquiry, our team will review the information and contact you regarding the next steps.
Important Information
Submission of a journal does not guarantee inclusion in the directory.
We may request additional information or clarification before creating or updating a listing.
We may decline, suspend, or remove a listing where information cannot be adequately verified, authorization is unclear, information is materially inaccurate, or the listing no longer meets our requirements.
Our directory exists to assist researchers in discovering academic journals. Researchers are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before submitting work to, or entering into financial or contractual arrangements with, any publisher or journal.
